Do you have an older Schneider Electric CM4000 or PM800 series power meter?

You need to read watt-hour data into your facility monitoring system.

FMS shows you how to use the Mod10 format for your watt-hour configuration.

This calculation has been tested and verified to work with Schneider Electric PM800 and CM4000 style Power Meters.

This example is using the Vykon by Tridium platform.

FMS converts the final reading from watt-hour (Wh) to kilowatt-hour (kWh).

Modbus Registers for Mod10 data calculation. You need to read in each of the four modbus registers. Do not change the “read” reading from these registers.

You want to build the logic/math to calculate the kWH reading. In Tridium Niagara, choose the Expression from the KitControl > math.

Expression: ((inA) + (inB*10000) + (inC*100000000) + (inD*1000000000000))/1000 as ‘out’
